The inspector will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the property's exterior, interior, attic, and crawl spaces to identify any defects, deficiencies, or areas of concern.
The inspector will examine the structure, roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, appliances, and other major components of the home to ensure they are in good working condition.

WWB 203k consultant specialist specializes in providing consulting and contracting services for the FHA 203k loan program. The FHA 203k loan program is a government-insured loan program that allows borrowers to finance the purchase or refinance of a home and the cost of its renovation into a single mortgage. The services offered by a 203k consultant typically include:

The consultant will assess the borrower's eligibility for the FHA 203k loan program, including their credit score, income, and the condition of the property they wish to purchase or refinance.
